Election Day 2012 is here and Latinos Post provides he latest election news as voting progresses throughout the country. Both President Barack Obama and Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney finally get to see how the American people respond to their campaigns. 

Election analysts have kept a close eye on several key swing states including: Colorado, Florida, Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin. Many are saying that swing state Ohio will ultimately decide the election this year.

In key swing state, Ohio, RealClearPolitics predicts that Obama will win by a 2.9-point lead, 50 percent to 47.1 percent. All recent polls, except from Rasmussen Reports, show the president in the clear lead among Ohio voters.

National polls released prior to Election Day also revealed a close race between the two candidates, with many polls placing Obama and Romney tied among likely voters.
