Game developer Treyarch has released the first official gameplay trailer of "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" on April 26.

"Black Ops 3" follows "Call of Duty: Black Ops II" which was released in 2012. It will be the first "Call of Duty" game that was mainly developed by Treyarch studio, based on a Kotaku report.

In the trailer, a variety of new weapons, abilities and environments were featured, which may have been influenced much by "Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare", IGN described. Players no longer played as regular soldiers but had their unique roles in the team. Each specialist also had a unique weapon and trait. The trailer showed a death robot with an arm that transforms into a mini-gun. There was also a scene showing a player blasting opponents while swimming underwater. Other advanced technologies and powerful opponents were also shown.

According to a separate IGN report, Treyarch planned to involve a lot of shooting in "Black Ops 3". Regardless of the place, time and activity, players should expect to have full control over their weapon. The developers at Treyarch also reportedly used the statement "guns up" a lot. The game will also include expanded movement mechanics, allowing gamers to run on walls and reverse powerslide. Most of the time, players may not even be on the ground but doing various anti-gravity maneuvers.

IGN also provided the minimum PC system requirements to play "Call of Duty: Black Ops 3". Gamers will need 64-bit Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 OS, an Intel Core i3-530 2.93 GHz or AMD Phenom II X4 810 2.60 GHz CPU, 6GB of RAM, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 470 1GB or ATi Radeon HD 6970 1GB video card and DirectX11. The hard drive space requirement is yet to be announced. The recommended specs for higher performance of the game have not yet been provided as well. These are set to be announced when the game is finished. According to Treyarch, they also aim to provide feature-rich options especially for gamers with powerful PCs, at the same time providing a great experience to those with less powerful rigs.

"Call of Duty: Black Ops 3" is currently being developed for next-generation consoles and PC. The game is set to officially launch on November 6, 2015. The game will have a beta version on PlayStation4, PC and Xbox One. Those who pre-order the game will have access to the beta. "Black Ops 3" is also expected to become available on the PlayStation3 and Xbox 360.
