Gamers are getting more excited as E3 draws nearer, spurring talks of the highly anticipated game "Mass Effect 4."

Gaming Bolt reported that the team behind has been dropping hints about what can be expected from the upcoming video game.

Chris Wynn, Senior Development Director of Bioware, shared that their current focus is to push the current generation of hardware to the extremes.

Mac Walters, creative director, also shared that he was testing the game on PC and that it looked great.

Senior Producter Jonathan Warner also stated that he was very proud of his team and that they reached a new milestone review.

Writer Jay Watamaniuk added to the building hype and posted a tweet saying, "Milestone review meeting complete. Guys, stunning. #secretIP." He also replied to a fan who said that he hasn't been disappointed with any of the previous games before with the statement on the same social media platform: "Thanks! Yup, it's looking damn cool even at this very early stage."

Bioware will be featuring a new IP and more details about "Mass Effect" will be unveiled at E3 in June 2015. It was revealed earlier in February that Kevin Plitzko was working on the game and that it was supposed to be released in October 2016.

In the past weeks, Bioware developers have been providing small tips and details for excited fans. "Mass Effect 4" is expected to preview in June although there were no specific dates released yet to the public.

Breathecast reported that Mass Effect is a sci-fi action RPG or role-playing game. It is a third person shooter that has grown into one of the biggest franchises ever. "Mass Effect 3" featured the invasion of aliens, referred to as "Reapers on Earth." In the game, the main protagonist, Commander Shepard, attempted to get support from other alien species to acquire a super weapon that can defeat the Reapers. Players are given a wide array of choices throughout the game and the outcomes are also different until the ultimate weapon is possessed.

The new "Mass Effect 4" is set to feature better quality cinematics and graphics compared to its predecessor. The backstory will also be different and the location may be in outer space. According to Bioware, the development team also worked to provide better cooperative gameplay for gamers who wish to play multiplayer mode with a faster Mako.

Although the game will not be released until 2016 or later, gamers have already forwarded their suggestions and expectations to Bioware, hoping that the game developer will take some into consideration. WhatCulture reported that gamers asked for a dedicated main character model, so that he would look as real as the box art version. Gamers also suggested that combat take on the same feel as "Mass Effect 2," and not focus much on Gears of War.

The people at Bioware are expected to keep providing minor details about "Mass Effect 4" as E3 approaches.
