Luis Suarez has proven himself by making a good comeback in the field by scoring the second and the winning goal for FC Barcelona.

In an interview with the Barcelona coach, Luis Enrique says Suarez is the man the team has been waiting for, in order to have the chance of winning the league title, The Guardian reported.

The legendary coach released a statement saying, "He is a striker and needs goals but even before I was happy with his attitude, his commitment and his play."

He adds, "He is not just an old-style striker; he can also combine with his team-mates, he reads the game well, he knows what the team needs at key moments. He doesn't need many touches to score goals. He also has the physique which is good for us and the character which is useful for a team like us."

The victory puts Barcelona four points ahead in the "La Liga" title race with 10 games still remaining.

Daily Mail reported that Barcelona did make the lead during its first half through Jeremy Mathieu but was equalized by Real Madrid's Cristiano Ronaldo before the first half ended. Suarez then scored during the 56th minute, resulting to FC Barcelona's victory.

This is Suarez'comeback since the "biting incident" during the recent World Cup series which resulted to a four-month suspension and a fine of 100,000 Swiss francs (£65,680), notes BBC.

Suarez himself admitted that he could have contributed a little bit more. "I felt I was not helping the team as much as I should have done," The Guardian quoted him as saying.

When asked about the team's performance, Luis Enrique was quite pleased, considering they were fighting against their longest rival, Real Madrid. He was a little upset with not getting that third goal but according to him, "This was a very complete, very intense game from both teams. It's a lovely win for us because it's our eternal rival.

Real Madrid manager Carlos Ancelloti is also pleased with how his team played the game. "We lacked a bit of a cool head", he said. He also mentioned that he wasn't surprised with the turn of events; with Suarez' presence, the right pass from Alves and a surprising quick goal, it was a sure win for Barca.
