There will be another sequel for "Alvin and the Chipmunks" to be released late next year, according to Coming Soon.

The new movie will be called "Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip." Variety has gotten a confirmation from Tony Hale that he will appear as the show's villain once again. He will be joined by his former co-stars and chipmunk voice actors Jason Lee, Matthew Gray Gubler, Justin Long and Jesse McCartney.

Fox 2000 will continue "The Squeakquel's" and "Chipwrecked's" success by moving in a lot of talent in the film. "Mrs. Doubtfire" screenwriter Randi Mayem Singer has written the scripts while Walt Becker is set to be the director.

The "Chipmunk" franchise has been a blockbuster garnering over $560 million in local sales and $1.1. billion worldwide. The first movie pulled down a total of $361 million considering the $60 million budget. "The Squeakquel," the second movie, grossed a total of $443 million with the $75 million budget. The third movie, "Chipwrecked," however, went a little lower with the $342 million gross from the $75 million budget. So far, these numbers are not bad, according to Ain't It Cool.

Meanwhile, Hale is set to reprise his role as Gary Walsh in HBO series "Veep,"which will air on April 12.

Hale is known for his appearances in multiple films including "Arrested Development," "Stranger Than Fiction" and "The Heat." According to IMDB, he married his wife Martel Thompson on May 24, 2003.

This year, Hale has been busy with different projects. He has just complete two short films, "The Nobodies" and "Bud Selig Must Die." A couple of other films for 2015 were also in his project's roster including "Night Owls," "Yoga Hosers," "American Ultra" and "Dominion."

His latest project is being a casting voiceover for 2016 film adaptation of "Angry Birds."

Hale also has an interesting new project for the Valentine's Day. He will appear in a Q&A event called "Emma's Footprint Presents: Tony Hale in Erie, PA." The event will be conducted at the Blasco Memorial Library, 160 East Front Street, Erie, Pa. at 10 a.m. EST.

This event will include a book signing section for Hale's book "Archibald's Next Big Thing: The Surprising Tale of One."

His book is about "the extraordinary adventure of an extra-ordinary chicken named Archibald Strutter," according to his site. He co-authored the book with Tony Biaggne. The illustrators for the book are Misty Manley and Victor Huckabee. "Archibald's Next Big Thing" is available for $19.99, excluding the shipping fee.
