Warner Bros. has unleashed the steamy teaser trailer for its upcoming comedy, drama stripper film "Magic Mike XXL," Variety reported.

"Magic Mike XXL" is directed by Gregory Jacobs and is the follow up to the 2012 film "Magic Mike," which stars Channing Tatum as popular stripper Michael "Magic Mike" Lane. In the sequel film, Mike has long since retired from the business, but ended up reuniting with the rest of the Kings of Tampa in one final performance at a stripping convention at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

The official trailer that has been released is pretty much everything fans could hope for and more. The words "This summer, get back to the grind" appear on screen, and viewers get to watch Tatum playing mechanic and welding before suddenly showing off his slick dance moves to the tune of "Pony" by Ginuwine.

Viewers are also treated to glimpses of more dancing, gyrating, fancy clubs and men and women shaking their moneymakers. The words "You're welcome" even appear near the end of the trailer.

A welcome indeed, as fans can expect the return of actors Gabriel Iglesias, Matt Bomer, Kevin Nash, Joe Manganiello and Adam Rodriguez, who are all reprising their roles as the show's hot male strippers.

Alex Pettyfer, Olivia Munn and Matthew McConaughey will not be appearing, but viewers can still expect the appearances of Amber Heard, Jada Pinkett Smith, Elizabeth Banks, Donald Glover, Michael Strahan, Andie MacDowell and Stephen "tWitch" Boss.

Not only that, but Tatum and Warners also released the official poster for the film. Tatum tweeted the photo on Wednesday and captioned it, "Look, but you can't touch... until tomorrow."

Tomorrow referred to Tatum's appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Wednesday to celebrate the launch of the first trailer of "Magic Mike XXL" and talk about the plot, according to E! News.

The two chatted about the show and host Ellen DeGeneres asked Tatum about his dance off with tWitch.

"Spoiler alert, we do have a dance together," Tatum said.

"In thongs," DeGeneres tried to clarify, and after repeatedly asking, Tatum conceded.

"Yeah, in thongs," the actor said. "There's just nothing - there's nothing. Very little left to the imagination."

That's certainly something to look forward to.

It's more than just the half-naked men though as Director Jacobs previously said during an interview, the sequel is also "dramatic and emotional" but not as dark as the first film. He said, "I don't think anyone's going to be disappointed."

"Magic Mike XXL" is slated for a theatrical release on July 1, 2015.
