Andy Serkis' character in the much awaited "Avengers: Age of Ultron" movie has already been revealed.

The news comes from Schmoes Know which cited some of its "very trusted" Marvel sources. The report says that Serkis will indeed play the role of Ulysses Klaw, confirming earlier rumors about the part. That same report also said that it is also possible that Klaw's father, Fritz Klaue, would appear in the movie. Serkis' camp refused to comment regarding the matter.

UPI notes that Klaw is known in the Marvel comics as the physicist who can manipulate sound through the use of the metal vibranium. He is also known for stealing the substance and for murdering the father of Black Panther. Klaw then becomes Black Panther's enemy.

Cinema Blend says the news is not surprising considering the number of rumors and speculations about it earlier. It is also reasonable to introduce him since he is basically a part of the Wakanda/Black Panther storyline which needs to be established in the film.

This new information, the news outlet says, can also confirm earlier rumors about the movie's plot details -- that Ultron might possibly go to Wakanda to get vibramium for his armor. The news also raises more questions regarding the movie and other upcoming Marvel films. Could this possibly mean that Klaw will also show up in the "Captain America: Civil War" movie or in the rumored "Black Panther" movie? If so, will Serkis still play the role in these movies? We don't know yet but for now, watch the movie's official trailer here and take a glimpse of Serkis' character.

"Avengers: Age of Ultron" is a sequel to the first "Avengers" film which is considered as the "third highest-grossing film of all-time" after earning $1.5 billion in 2012. It is based on the Marvel comic book series "The Avengers," which was first published in 1963.

"When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth's Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to the Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure," the movie's plot summary says.

The movie will again feature original cast members: Chris Evans as Captain America, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk, Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye.

Paul Bettany will portray the role of The Vision, Tom Hiddleston as the villain Loki, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, and Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill. There are also newcomers: Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Pietro Maximoff and Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda Maximoff.

"Avengers: Age of Ultron" will hit theaters on May 1.
