A week ago, Complex said that the rumors and speculations about this new product have been making rounds on the web for months already. It added that it is likely that it will be released "in a little under two weeks."

The same report added that these new pair will be the first of the "Remastered Air Jordans" to be unveiled. The "Remastered Air Jordans" are scheduled to be out next year.

Sneaker Watch said that the Fragment x Air Jordan 1s will be released on December 27 this year. It will be sold for $165. The colors of the shoes are a combination of blue, black, and white. Check out the new Fragment x Air Jordan 1s here.

In early November, Japanese designer Hiroshi Fujiwara talked about his designs with Hypebeast. Of course, he talked about the Air Jordan 1.

"There was a lots of talk about doing something with the Jordan, so I thought it'd be nice to do the Air Jordan 1 because I wear them a lot," he was quoted as saying.

He also revealed as to why he chose the colors blue and black for the shoes.

To quote him, "The materials follow the original pretty closely and the toe box appears in a special black that's popular right now called "Black Toe." I thought to myself how would that look in black and blue, so I sought to create my own sort of urban legend with this latest pair."

He also revealed in the interview that he personally likes AJ 1 Fragment and that he is very satisfied with the result.

"It's one of the many models I like and we were able to get a color combo that wasn't really possible on the original, so I'm really satisfied with the final result," he said.

In that same interview, he also talked about the new Nike Roshe LD-1000 SP / fragment. He revealed that he used the Navy color in the pair as he really loves shoes with this particular color. He said that in this pair, they tried to stick with the original design with emphasis on originality.

The designer also revealed that he was happy he was able to do the Sock Dart collaboration as he claimed that it was the pair he's been dreaming of creating.

"When I first went to the Nike headquarters in Oregon, I was surprised when I saw incomplete samples of the Sock Dart. The bonding of the sole to the bottom of the shoe was an especially interesting experience. This is something that happened 15 years ago, but looking at the shoe even now, the design is very modern. There's a lot of futuristic looking shoes that you want to wear but can't," he shared.

He also said that he loves wearing the Sock Dart every summer as it is functional. He has five different colors of them.
