Robert Downey Jr. will still be appearing as Tony Stark and Iron Man in a number of upcoming Marvel movies including "Avengers 2" and "Captain America 3."

While a fourth installment to the "Iron Man" is likely because it is one of the highest grossing franchises of all time, Downey has been very calculating with his answers since September every time he is asked whether there will be an "Iron Man 4" or not.

Apparently, RDJ has his reasons for answering that way as latest rumors on "Iron Man 4" indicate that Marvel is looking for a younger actor to play Tony Stark and Iron Man, reports Breathecast.

"Rumors are floating around that one of the stars of the new 'Jurassic Park' movie would play a much younger version of Tony Stark if there is going to be an 'Iron Man 4,'" cites the report.

The Master Herald reports that Robert Downey Jr. already confirmed that he will not be returning for "Iron Man 4" which caused fans to speculate on who shall play the lead role for the movie.

Initial speculations suggest that a young actor from 20 to 30 years old shall play the new Tony Stark and Iron Man in the fourth film, but latest rumors indicate that the given age range is still quite old, adds the report.

Latest word has it that 13-year-old actor Ty Simpkins, who played Harley Skeener in "Iron Man 3," will be taking on the role of Tony Stark. Simpkins is also part of the upcoming "Jurassic World" movie, which confirms the report of Breathecast, and has striking resemblance with Downey, points out the Master Herald.

Ty Simpkins also let loose a mouthful about the upcoming "Iron Man 4" movie in a recent interview that led many fans to believe that he shall be indeed replacing Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark and Iron Man.

"He said that he acknowledged the similarities between his character and that of Robert Downey Jr. and that he saw it as a possibility that he would replace the Iron Man himself," notes the Master Herald.

But Simpkins was quick to add that if the scenario (him being Iron Man) was to happen, he would most likely not be playing the exact same role that Robert Downey Jr. did for the past three Iron Man movies but something close to that, adds the report.

"It's possible that Harley could even build his own suit for this purpose, although again, this is just speculation and nothing has been actually confirmed yet," poses the Master Herald.
