French Montana has learned his painful financial lesson from a previous divorce. And he obviously does not want to experience waiting for all of two years and shelling out $2 million just to finalize a divorce again. This was what he had to go through to finally write off his marriage with ex-wife Nadeen Kharpouch, according Daily Mail.
The rapper, who has been romantically linked with Khloe Kardashian over the past couple of months, says that should he finally decide to marry KK, he won't be signing any financial contract, said the report.
"I won't sign no prenup," says French Montana about the contract which is supposedly meant to protect their respective finances.
"I just settled a divorce and gave somebody money. I won't do it again," adds the 30-year-old rapper who is entertaining notions to marry his reality star girlfriend.
"If I marry Khloe, I'm taking half!" French Montana said, added in jest, when asked point blank by TMZ if he is open to the financial contract which Khloe and Lamar Odom did before they got married.
Montana's answer had TMZ throwing caution to the wind by giving a piece of unsolicited advice to Khloe's mom when it said: "Kris Jenner, be warned. French Montana will have a foothold on the Kardashian fortune if he marries your daughter."
French Montana's relationship with Khloe Kardashian has been an on-again off-again kind of romance even as Lamar Odom occasionally insinuates that he still wants to win back Khloe.
The Daily Mail noted that the rapper's relationship with Khloe seems to be on again during his birthday celebration on November 9 which had the entire Kardashian clan in attendance, and later joined in by Kim Kardashian in a party in Dubai just last week.
Khloe confirmed that their relationship with French was on-again when she posted an Instagram photo on his birthday wishing the rapper a happy birthday and that she would be celebrating with him that night, added the report.
The Instagram picture featured a silhouetted Khloe draping herself over her rapper beau as they stand together on a beach while waves lap at the shore, and the sun setting behind them picturesquely, the Daily Mail detailed.
During Khloe's 30th birthday on June 27, French gifted his girlfriend with a white Jeep Wrangler worth $49,000, suggesting that he is not really after the Kardashian's wealth because he also has his own, even though, it's not as much as that of the reality star's.
