Samsung has seen success with the Galaxy S3 this summer, selling 20 million units worldwide in the three months since its release.

The Samsung honeymoon might end abruptly as Apple is set to debut its iPhone 5 on Wed., Sept. 12 during a live press conference in San Francisco.

Previously, Latinos Post gathered the negative comments of the Galaxy S3, but today, we look at the positives and what others are saying on the device.

Chris Finnamore of Expert Reviews stated that Galaxy S3 had a "huge amount of pre-launch hype," and added, "Thankfully, the handset lives up to those expectations."

Finnamore's verdict is that the phone is "Fast, with an amazing screen and great battery life; Android handsets don't get better than this."

"[Galaxy S3] is Samsung's premier mobile phone," reviewed Mark Adams of Gaming Illustrated.

He added, "The screen is corning gorilla glass, which means its pretty durable and scratch resistant, so you don't need to be too careful in everyday use."

"It's got a great battery life, has access to Google's Play Store along with Samsung's own store and has the latest version of Android. If you're in the market for a top-end phone then this could be the phone for you. It's been called an iPhone killer, and it is indeed technically superior to the latest 4S," Adams said.

Allen Tsai of MobileEdia noted that the Galaxy S3 is designed for "the most intense user" and performs "flawlessly."

User Oliver J added "First off, the display is ridiculous - it's as good as a tablet's screen."

He later added that the Galaxy S3 is an "amalgamation of cutting-edge technology."

CNET rated it a four out of 5, adding, "Pumped with high-performing hardware and creative software features, the Samsung Galaxy S3 is an excellent, top-end phone that's neck and neck with the HTC One X."

LaptopMag also gave it a 4 out of 5, stating the Android device "impresses" with its design, "good battery life, and fast 4G speeds."

PC Magazine improved the rating to 4.5 out of 5, stating, "With top-of-the-line everything and plenty of innovative features, the AT&T Samsung Galaxy S III delivers the ultimate LTE Android smartphone experience."

On average, the Galaxy S3 is sold for $200 when signing a contract and is available on all major US mobile carriers (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless).

Other specs for the Galaxy S3 includes a 4.8-inch Super AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1,280x720,  an eight-megapixel rear-facing camera, battery capacity of 2,100 mAh, wireless connectivity with Bluetooth, NFC, and WiFi, 2,048MB of RAM, and runs on the Android Ice Cream Sandwich operating system but it will soon carry the new Jelly Bean operating system in the fall.
