EA Sports continues to hone the details of its new NFL-based game "Madden NFL 15". Recently, the game developer announced the ratings of the best rookies in the 2015 edition.

In an update publsihed on EASports.com, the best rookie ratings for 2015 are now available with Jadeveon Clowney leading the pack. The Houston Texans OLB was the first overall pick with a rating of 83. He has a 95 Hit Power and 94 Power Moves rating, making him the most powerful rookie in the game. Greg Robinson, the second overall pick and St. Louis Rams OL, has a rating of 83. He will be the third-best LG in the game when it comes to run blocking because of his 94 RBK. He will be quite interesting to play, being a guard with a 73 SPD/87 ACC.

Khalil Mack has an 81 rating. The Oakland Raiders OLB is a great rusher with 90 Power Moves and can stop the run as well as play well in coverage. Jake Matthews has 81. The Atlanta Falcons OL laos has a 90 Pass Block rating, and will be great to play on offense. Sammy Watkins of the Buffalo Bills is rated 80 with an 88 Catch and 93/SPD/95 ACC/95 AGI. Calvin Pryor, Aaron Donald and Haha Clinton-Dix all have a rating of 79. Blake Bortles, Darqueze Dennard, Mike Evans and Zack Martin all have a 78 rating.

According to Bleacher Report, the official ratings for the best quarterbacks in the game were also revealed. Peyton Manning of the Denver Broncos was at the top of the list with a rating of 98. Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers, also garnered a 98 rating and was placed second. Drew Brees of the New Orleans Saints had a 96 rating. Russell Wilson of the Seattle Seahawks and Tom Brady of the New England Patriots both had a rating of 93.

Donny Moore of EA Sports was responsible for giving the ratings to the players. It was very difficult work he notes. Jeff Legwold of ESPN described Moore's task and said, "You're constantly looking at it, having your eyes on everything. It's not only what you see, relative to his peers, relative to the league, but what the metrics tell you as well. A guy like Peyton has such a long track record, from our standpoint it's going to take a lot to push that rating down any. A younger player's rating may be far more volatile... But we update through the season and through the playoffs."
