Gleeks and fans of Lea Michele can remember all too well her grief in the wake of the death of her beloved boyfriend Cory Monteith in 2013. People wondered when she could recover and who will fill in the deceased "Glee" star's shoes as Lea's new love. After all, the girl is young and apparently lovable - it's inevitable that she'll find love again.
And now, entertainment pundits are alive with news of the 27-year-old actress' new man. This alone is brow-raising news in itself. However, the fact that her rumored boyfriend is a former "gigolo" makes this update even more hotter and headline-worthy.
Perez Hilton mused that this last detail is like "life imitating art." "Remember when Rachel Berry dated a man-lover for hire on the fourth season of Glee?" the celebrity blogger reminded his readers.
"Clean cut cutie-pie Lea Michele apparently has a bad girl side as she's said to be dating a new man, but not just any new man," he intimated. "The actress' rumored new lover was apparently very recently a paid lover for other ladies!"

Perhaps some of you may wonder how the actress-singer met Matthew Paetz, the man in question. Well, that base is covered, thanks to an insider who revealed to Us Weekly some of the details on how their paths crossed. Apparently, the two met while shooting her "On My Way" music video, which was shot in April this year.
"She had just come from Coachella where she was missing Cory incredibly. [The video shoot] was a big party and a really therapeutic moment for her," the source said. The two reportedly quietly dated since then.
It was TMZ which broke the news that Matthew "has been a hired gun for Cowboys4Angels under the alias, Christian."
"Cowboys4Angels -- which offers male 'companionship' to lonely women -- is featured on Showtime's, 'Gigolos,'" the entertainment news site said. "According to the website ... Matthew is a certified life coach, dating expert and massage therapist ... charging $350 for one hour and up to $6,000 for a weekend. For $17,500 you can get a whole week."
If you're planning to Google Matthew now and check out his profile, be warned that you won't be able to do just that anymore. His profile has since been hidden.
"Sources tell us ... Matthew most recently took on a client for a weekend during the Stagecoach music festival in April," TMZ added. Hmmm, that "client" probably isn't Lea. However, since dating Lea, he has "gone on hiatus."
