Former Victoria's Secret Angel Miranda Kerr has been constantly showing signs she's handling her split from hubby of three years, Orlando Bloom, pretty well. She appeared to have moved on from the breakup with news of her dating Aussie billionnaire and casino boss James Packer within months after the couple's separation was announced.

Also, she flaunted her assets on the April issue of the British GQ and even hinted at bisexuality with her brow-raising revelations in an interview with the magazine, The Daily Mail noted. Is this her way of telling the world she's ripe for a new relationship? Or is she just showing former hubby Orlando what he's missing?

And now, the mother-of-one has been recently romantically linked to yet another Aussie. This time, he's single, unattached, is into healthy living, and is definitely easy on the eyes - adjectives that may very well describe Miranda herself.

Is Charlie Goldsmith, brother of Australian actress and singer Tottie Goldsmith, the new man in the 31-year-old model's life?

If you ask either of them, they would tell you, "No way!"

"Miranda and I have been friends for years," Charlie was quoted by News.com.au as saying. "How sad that you can't be seen out with someone without people making these assumptions."

Meanwhile, the 33-year-old entrepreneur's sister also defended the pair by dismissing the rumor as false.

Recalling an incident on board a boat which sparked the rumors, Tottie said that her brother spent the afternoon talking to Miranda's grandfather. "Then, for just a few seconds, he was standing close to Miranda posing for a selfie with her. Of course, when you're in a selfie, you're leaning in together for the camera. A photographer must have waited all day to get that one shot of Charlie with his arm around Miranda!" Tottie said.

"If Miranda was dating Charlie, I'd say, lucky woman. Except the story is complete rubbish!" Tottie added.

On the other hand, an "onlooker" reportedly told The Daily Mail that both were too close for comfort during that particular outing. "Miranda and Charlie were very touchy feely but they obviously wanted to be discreet because Miranda's parents were on board," the observer said. "They were very fond of each other."

Woman's Day also reported that the couple "flirted outrageously over champagne during the date."

However, a spokesperson for the model had said that Charlie "is a family friend of the Kerr's."

Photographs of the "selfie" incident had just been released, which you can find here. You be the judge - are both really just friends or are they too close for comfort? Comment and let us know!
