News recently broke of rapper Big Sean and "Glee" actress Naya Rivera's called-off engagement. We've recently learned what triggered this change of plans -- the 26-year-old artist reportedly scrapped the wedding due to Naya's "violent fits of anger and jealousy," TMZ revealed.
"Our sources say Naya demanded to know where he was at all times and would threaten him by saying things like, 'If you don't listen to what I say, I'll ruin your career,'" the entertainment news source said.
Whoa, that sounds scary.
"We're told she was suspicious whenever Sean was with other women and would work herself up into jealous rages ... once breaking an expensive lamp during a rampage in his home."
It was also reported that the pair did go to couples counseling, which apparently led Big Sean to finally decide to get out of the relationship and call off the wedding.
In the wake of the breakup, Naya tweeted an "accusatory message" that obviously pointed fingers at her ex, E! News said.
"@bigsean stealing rolexes from a lady's house now. Maybe cuz I'm on 'Glee' and making more money or something. #trifling," her Twitter post read.
The rapper did not respond to her tweet. However, the tweet has since been deleted. The pair have already unfollowed each other on Twitter, where they first met.
Naya and Big Sean dated for six months before announcing their engagement last year in October, The Daily Mail noted.
The rapper dispelled cheating rumors, making it clear that it was he who called off the wedding plans. No reason was given, although he said in a statement that he wished Naya nothing but the best and "hope that they can continue to work through their issues privately."
