The third week of "La Voz" saw the coaches get tougher but also have a difficult choice in picking singers.

By the end of the night Natalia Jimenez picked up three voices and brought her team to eight singers.

The 13 years-old Leslie Mendoza from Chicago was the first performer of the night and had all three judges turn around for her. Prince Royce was the first to turn and went crazy when he heard the young singer perform. However she ultimately went for Natalia Jimenez.

Jimenez chose Italia Perez , a 13-year-old girl from Kansas, at the last moment. The young singer was not chosen by Prince Royce Tapia because she sung out of the tune throughout the whole song. Jimenez thought she was charismatic on stage.

Jeyshangelise Garcia, 14-year-old, from Puerto Rico had all three coaches turn around. While Tapia and Prince Royce fought for the singer, the singer chose Jimenez.

Meanwhile Prince Royce also took three singers and brought his total to nine.

Sachielly Mercado, 14-year-old, from Puerto Rico was chosen by Prince Royce after her performance of "Unconditional." The rest of the judges did not turn around because of her nerves. Prince Royce however was excited because he believes she has a great voice.

Marangelys Vicens had all three coaches turn around for her. All three coaches thought she sang brilliantly and had a lot of talent. The singer ultimately chose Prince Royce.

The 14 year-old Angely Rabsatt from Puerto Rico, was the last performer of the night and had all three coaches turn around for her. After every coach praised her performance she end up going with Prince Royce.

Roberto Tapia also chose three singers and is tied with Jimenez with eight.

Christo Escalante, 7 years old, had Tapia and Jimenez turn around because of his charisma. After the young singer performed, he sang a tune from Tapia and Prince Royce and also made jokes. He eventually went with Tapia.

Julio Cesar Yanez, 14-year-old, competed regardless of the fact that he has Cerebral Palsy. The young singer had Tapia and Prince Royce turn around. However the singer went with Tapia which was his first choice from the beginning and because he had a hat signed by the singer.

Nayeli Rodriguez, 12 year old Puerto Rican, was chosen by Tapia at the last moment. Although Prince Royce said she had the voice of an angel, he thought she was too nervous. However Tapia said that she was superb and blessing to have her on his team.

Puerto Rican born Jorge Cruz sang Bachata but was ultimately not chosen by any of the coaches. The coaches believed that he was too nervous and therefore his performance was not his best. The 12-year-old Paloma Moreno was also not chosen. After her performance she cried and the coaches all went up to hug her and comfort her.  Other singers who did not make it were Brian, Jasmine, and Dario.

The blind auditions continue next week as the coaches attempt to complete their teams with 18 voices.
