Who knew that she could sing? Aside from playing a private eye heroine in "Veronica Mars" and a cheating girlfriend in "Forgetting Sarah Marshall," among others, actress Kristen Bell certainly surprised almost everyone when she voiced and sang Anna, sister of the ice queen in the Disney blockbuster flick "Frozen."

But Bell said singing has been a huge part of her life. She told Yahoo! Movies, "Music has been a very big part of my life for a long, long time. I grew up studying opera and sang in solo and ensemble competitions instead of playing a sport. I studied music in college and it's kind of what brought me to acting. I realized I liked music so much and when you could be a storyteller while you were singing, that was the best of both worlds. So to be able to bring it back to a project like this is really exciting."

The actress is also excited about the prospects of reliving her character in a musical. Moviefone noted that Bell is no amateur if she will be offered to reprise her role in a "Frozen" musical. The actress' credits included the musicals "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer," "Reefer Madness," and the Liam Neeson and Laura Linney-starrer "The Crucible."

Hitflix, who interviewed Bell during a press junket for the movie adaptation of her cult television series, asked if Disney has talked to her and her co-stars about a possible sequel, Bell said, "Would they? I haven't even heard that yet! I would even be there in a heartbeat."

Jokingly, she also told Hitflix, "I even recorded some of the sequences on my bedroom on my phone! I'll pass of those tapes when they need it! I don't know if anybody else is doing that, but I would love to do a sequel!"

She also confirmed how the initial screenplay was not followed to a T. "Yeah, the movie was written quite a few times because the story wasn't exactly right and we felt it. And this story kept telling us what it want it to be. I know it sounds cheesy, but that's what happened!"
