It may have been easy for Sarah Jessica Parker to take in the persona of "Sex and the City's" Carrie Bradshaw, since she's always been a fashion icon -- even after the series concluded ten years ago. Now, the actress is taking her fashion seriously, and takes on the responsibility of a designer for her very own shoe line.

According to the New York Post, the SJP Shoe Collection will be available exclusively at Nordstrom and Nordstrom.com beginning February 28 until March 2. Moreover, Carrie Bradshaw fans and wannabes can get their fashion fix at a pop-up shop with SJP herself, helping them through the shoe line.

Carrie Bradshaw may have been a shoe lover, but SJP's line will be more affordable than the Manolo Blahnik shoes that her character preferred, at prices ranging from $195 to $485, according to Upstart Business Journal.

When asked which pair was her favorite, it could have been Miss Bradshaw giving the answer, as SJP answered, "I covet all of them in some way because they allow you to feel differently, or make something look different in your closet, or stand differently than you did yesterday, or get someplace faster. I think that's the beauty of this particular accessory."

What makes the new line special? According to Stylelist.com, the shoes were crafted by artisans in Italy, and they each reflect the personal look and style of the Hollywood actress. Sarah Jessica explains, "I've taken inspiration from things in my life such as the grosgrain ribbons I tied in my hair as a girl, to the flower accents from the 'Sex and the City' wardrobe, to references to classic styles from the late 70's and early 80's. I'm a firm believer in quality and timelessness and have created this collection with the hopes that women will love wearing it for years to come,"

The pop-up shop will appear on 372 Broadway on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. And ladies better dress gear up as SJP will be handing the goods on Friday at 10 a.m., Saturday at 3 p.m., and Sunday at 11 a.m.
