The Super Bowl resulted in a blowout win for the so-called 'Legion of Boom' defense of the Seattle Seahawks over the highly touted offense of the Denver Broncos led by future Hall of Famer Peyton Manning. The most talked about part of the game is not the football however, but the half time show. And as Hollywood Life reported, many still are reacting to the performance.

The Super Bowl Halftime show was bannered by Bruno Mars and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. Many expressed their thoughts and feelings on the performance on Twitter. Amongst those that tweeted was Chris Daughtry, who said, "To everyone that said #Bruno was NOT a good choice for half time: How's that crow tasting? Mmmmm."

Gavin de Graw also chimed in, tweeting "No joke @BrunoMars just tore up that halftime performance. #realtalent #Superbowl."

Newsday reported that Mars opened the show with a drum solo and then went into "Locked Out of Heaven" and then "Treasure", which are Mars's biggest solo hits. After the two songs, the Red Hot Chili Peppers then came onstage to do "Give it Away", with the 51-year-old Anthony Kiedis shirtless and rocking out. There was also a tribute to military personnel, with Mars closing out "Just The Way You Are."

Other stars tweeted on the performance, as reported by The Mirror. Amongst them, Steve Martin said on Twitter, "Great show from Bruno.Mars." Jennifer Hudson also gushing on Twitter, "Yes Bruno!! Giving it to em the old school way! Catch it." Jordin Sparks added, "HE DID THAT!! I am so here for that performance!! Yes, @BrunoMars! Sooo good. I got chills when you broke out James Browns signature! YES!"

Jojo may have summed it best on Twitter, saying, "TIGHTEST SUPERBOWL HALF TIME SHOW IN FOREVER! So turnt up dancing around/head-banging. This is sick!!! I am so inspired!!!"
