Some stars show their love for their fans when they reach out to them, and that is exactly what pop superstar Lady Gaga did for a Little Monster, when a terrified, pregnant teenager posted an emotional plea for help on the singer's Little Monsters fan website.

According to SeattlePi,the girl wrote in her post, "OMG ... I'm pregnant I'm so scared if I tell my parents and mainly my dad he (is) going to kill me I took like 4 test (sic) to prove it but it all came back possve (positive) I'm preganat (sic) omg help please... I know I made a mistake."

The hitmaker then urged her young fan to tell her parents about the pregnancy, writing back, "Tell your parents, everything will be ok. You just need their support right now. Don't be scared... Just tell your mom privately... Don't worry honey don't be scared. Any decision you make is the right one and you'll be ok."

This isn't the first time that the pop sensation reached out to encourage her fans personally. Just recently, a report from the Indian Express said that Gaga also sent advice, as well as well wishes to a young cancer patient who wanted to meet the star, with encouragement for him to fight back his disease.

She wrote to her fan, telling him, "You will get through this, we will all get through it with you. I know many people who have survived through breast cancer, lung cancer, skin cancer... you must be brave and think positively."

She added, "Eat healthy, clean, work out everyday if you can at least 20-30 minutes and visualise your health. It will make you strong. Your mind and spirit can do anything. No alcohol ok? It's poison. We love you. I will say goddess prayers."

According to a report from Life and Style Magazine, Gaga also sent a touching message to a fan from Ireland last December, when the girl hinted that she was depressed and contemplating suicide. Her message read, "We all love you, nothing is worth taking your life. Just remember how sad I would be, how sad we would all be...We are connected through the music and that is powerful. Listen to music and get creative with your life."

"You can be and become anything. You have more power than u think."

The fan then responded to her words, telling Mother Monster, "I (was) suicidal and you saved me, you don't understand how you have changed my life completely. With your support I am strong and knowing you took time out of your busy life just made me so honored to be here."
