'Nashville' Season 2 Episode 4 Spoilers: Rayna Cancels the Tour [Video]

On the latest episode of "Nashville," sparks flew and harsh words were exchanged between the characters in the country capital.

On last week's episode, "I Don't Wanna Talk About It Now," Deacon (Chip Esten) confronts the demons from his past. His alcoholism stems from the permanent emotional scar left by his abusive father, who beat his mother and whipped his sister. He also gives in to using pain killers to deal with the pain from his injuries from the car accident. Deacon even goes to Teddy (Eric Close) to try to make amends.

Teddy and Rayna (Connie Britton) get divorced, and Teddy tries to be nice. Rayna is trying to get out of her Edgehill contract, but has one more record to create with the label. She says she wants to finish the record with Liam (Michiel Huisman), who at first says no, but then changes his mind. But Rayna says that her vocal chords aren't the same since the accident, and frets that the album could be her last. Then before you know it, Rayna and Liam are in bed together.

Meanwhile, Juliette (Hayden Panettiere) is fighting with Jeff Fordham (Oliver Hudson), who is treating her like old news.

Avery and Juliette give a fifth-year anniversary party for a couple who owns many radio stations and newspapers. Juliette, who is never one to mince words, also tells Avery (Jonathan Jackson) to stop whining or he's fired. At the party, Will (Chris Carmack) sings Gunnar's (Sam Palladio) new song even though he told him not to, and Rayna brings Scarlett (Clare Bowen) up on stage, to Jeff's chagrin. Juliette also ends up hooking up with the husband of the rich couple.

The next episode is titled "You're No Angel Yourself." The episode will feature one of the biggest tours in Nashville being called off, and Juliette is not happy, to say the least. Juliette will also try to break out of her tween image and Rayna will try to sort out her family issues. 

The synopsis reads: "Rayna cancels the remainder of the tour; Teddy proposes to Peggy and tries to keep it a secret; Tandy discovers information about the death of Rayna's mother."
