The U.S. men's basketball team has been undefeated in the Olympics so far. They have steamrolled opponents by as much as 83 points, and are the favorites to win the gold. They face their next opponent, Argentina, in the semifinals on Friday, August 10 at 4 p.m. EDT.

The two teams have already met in the group stages. The United States played Argentina in the last Group A stage game and won 119-86. 

The United States is ranked first, and Argentina is ranked third in the world by FIBA. Their team includes the San Antonio Spurs, NBA all-star Manu Ginobili.But the United States team this year is leaps and bounds ahead of the rest of competition. Second-ranked Spain is 122 points behind the Unied States in FIBA rankings, and Argentina is 179 down.

Not only that, the United States boasts the best basketball players on this planet including Lebron James, Kobe Bryant, and Kevin Durant among others.

Still, Argentina has some firepower, but it might not be enough to stop the United States offense.
