Neymar is still looking for his first Spanish League goal of the season and questions are starting to crop up about whether or not he is harming his own game in Barcelona's style.

Neymar was a major facilitator for his national team last week when he helped Brazil to a 6-0 win over and an ensuing 3-1 victory over Portugal; the 21-year-old scored in both of the games. However, his international success has yet to translate to his club form. Neymar scored in Barcelona's 1-1 draw with Atletico Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup but has a goose egg in Spanish League competition.

Sam Tighe of Bleacher Report noted that Neymar has had a number of chances to score goals, but he has prioritized passing off to Lionel Messi. Tighe noted that while it certainly keeps in line with a selfish playing style, it could potentially hurt the team because it will ultimately nullify Neymar as an attacking threat and make him another version of every other player on the field.

However, coach Gerardo Martino does not seem concerned with how Neymar has played thus far. In fact, he has found him to be "flawless."

"Neymar played a flawless game from all points of view," he said, according to ESPN. "He's working very hard for the team, even when defending. We're very happy with what he adds to the team. His partnership with Messi is doing well. This was his second assist. Soon we will be fresher and stronger."

Barcelona plays on Wednesday against Ajax Amsterdam in the first group match of the 2013-14 Champions League.
