Although fans are devastated that their beloved Matt Bomer didn't land the coveted Christian Grey role, not all is lost. He'll be back in full swing come the end of September as "White Collar" returns for its fifth season. To help fuel the flame, a new sneak peek video features Peter all dressed up in prison garb after he's falsely arrested for Senator Pratt's murder.

But fans know that such dire circumstances are short lived. It's nothing Bomer can't handle. In order to get his buddy out and back into the world, Bomer's con man extraordinaire, Neal, proves his cunning by breaking off his anklet and seeking help from an art forger, who hasn't made an appearance since the show's pilot.

By cutting his anklet, the FBI will no longer know where he is. The preview features Neal in different costumes, cutting through various landscapes, and obviously conning his way in and out of trouble. Take a look for yourself.

In the season 4 finale, Peter walks into a heated argument between Senator and James, who kills Pratt with Peter's gun and walks out. Peter is left behind with gunshot residue on his hands and a bullet from his own gun in the senator's body,

In "White Collar," Bomer plays Neal Caffrey, a con man, forger and thief. He's captured after a three-year game of cat and mouse with the FBI, and with only four months left of serving his sentence, he escapes from a maximum-security prison to find his girlfriend, Kate. Peter, the FBI agent who initially caught Caffrey, finds him yet again and brings him back to prison. Caffrey leaks information on another case to Burke, but it comes with a price. Caffrey tells Burke he will help him catch other criminals as part of a work-release program. After apprehending several white collar criminals, Caffrey proves that he is worth keeping around and will not try to escape again.

"White Collar" returns to USA Network October 17.
