It's International Bacon Day! And Ford is offering their bacon lover clientele a treat they can never resist.
Ford announced Wednesday that they'll be offering bacon-wrapped cars in celebration of International Bacon Day on August 31. Customers only need to visit their website and order their bacon-wrapped cars. Orders should then be taken to their local Ford dealers in order for customers to finally feast their eyes on their beloved breakfast a week after.
Ford's sample photos show the Ford Fiesta bacon-wrapped car, and Ford confirms that bacon-wrapping is available to other models as well. Bacon designs include "Bacon Racing Strips" for $191.25 plus installation fees, "Side of Bacon" for $318.75 plus installation fees and "Bacon Mini Strips" for $78.75 plus installation fees. According to the Huffington Post, the "Full Bacon Wrap" will set you back $3,347 plus installation fees. Well, at least that's 10 strips of bacon! What do you think?
