One of the biggest Wii U coming this fall is the HD remake of The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, and Nintendo has given gamers a price for the game, as well as hints for new game conten.

The game will retail for $60, though some news outlets such as IGN have Amazon.com listing the game for $50, however the website currently has the game listed for $60. While some might balk at the price, the game is a classic, and gamers will get an experience on par from any Wii U title from the remade Gamecube game. In addition to getting a facelift in terms of graphics, the game will have new aspects that take advantage of the Wii U's features. As the game's description provided by Nintendo reads on the game's Amazon.com profile:

"In this definitive version on the Wii U console, you can experience the game in gorgeous 1080p graphics, manage your inventory and view maps on the Wii U GamePad controller, and even choose to take on a more challenging difficulty level. With the new Tingle Bottle feature, you can connect with others over Miiverse-comments or screenshots posted on Miiverse can wash up on the shores or in other locations of other players' games. And if the TV is already in use, you don't have to worry-you can play the game right on the Wii U GamePad."

It's the line about "a more challenging difficulty level" that has captured the imagination of gamers, which may imply that The Wind Waker has a Master Quest-style mode added to the game. The original Master Quest was an add-on to the Gamecube version of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time included on the original Wind Waker game. Master Quest offered a new version of Ocarina of Time with more difficult dungeons that fans of the series could invest hours in trying to solve. A new Master Quest for The Wind Waker would be a welcome addition to the game and would definitely drive up interest from classic Zelda fans that may have rather played the original Gamecube version instead of dealing with the new Wii U controls.

In any case, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD Remake is set to appear in October. In the meantime, check back with Latinos Post Tech for the latest updates on the title.
