William Levy and Televisa have reconciled after the Cuban actor stormed off set of "La Tempestad."

According "Diario Basta!," the actor said that "the issue he had with Televisa is already a thing of the past." The actor, however, told Hoy that his contract was not respected. He told the show that his contract for "La Tempestad" stipulated that he could see his family during the filming of the series. He continued: "I never used it during the the first four months because I wanted to do the best job. Therefore I think people need to have a little consideration especially when we are shooting 15 to 20 hours a day. Family is the most important thing."

His co-star Mariana Seoane also confirmed that Levy was a great worker. She said nothing really happened, and that his problems with the production team were blown out of proportion.

According to Terra.com, the actor could have faced a law suit of $12,000 because he stormed off set. However, it seems things ended peacefully and the series will continue in the right direction.

Levy made his comeback to Spanish television in "La Tempestad." He has also been working in the United States recently, where he wrapped up shooting his new films "Addicted," and "Tyler Perry's Single Moms Club." Levy will begin work on a Salsa movie that also stars Jada Pinkett Smith. Levy made his telenovela debut in "Olvidarte Jamas" and later appeared in "Mi Vida eres Tu" and "Acorralada." His first lead came in "Cuidado con El Angel" when he starred alongside Maite Perroni.

"La Tempestad" began shooting in March and is produced by Salvador Mejia. The series is based on the popular Colombian telenovela "La Tormenta," which starred Natalia Streignard and Christian Meier and is said to be the most expensive series ever produced in Mexico. It also stars Ximena Navarrete, Arturo Peniche Ivan Sanchez, Jessica Coch, Diana Bracho, Cesar Evora, Alfonso Herrera and Luis Manuel Avila. Christina Aguilera and Alejandro Fernandez sang the theme to the series entitled "Hoy Te Ganas de Ti." "La Tempestad" airs in the U.S. in July on Univision.
