Verizon Samsung Galaxy S3 owners, your Multi-Window update was so bad it has been pulled off the air. After receiving numerous complaints about the update, it seems that Verizon has completely scrapped sending build VRBMD3 out anymore.

Verizon pushed out software update JZO54K.I535VRBMD3 at the end of May, bringing the much-wanted Multi-Window feature to the handset. Other improvements included new camera mode known as Best Shot. Sadly, things were not meant to be.

Soon after receiving the update, numerous Verizon users began reporting a plethora of bugs - the biggest of which were connectivity issues and a mysterious app that self-installed itself known as Caller Name ID.

"I recently updated my phone. And now I'm having problems connecting to 4g. I know I have coverage where I live at, but now all Im getting is 3g. This is very frustrating. Everything takes forever to load. When is this going to get fixed?" a commenter named Carlos said in an earlier Latinos Post article detailing the problems.

It seems that the update completely killed LTE service. Most reported being dropped down to the 3G networks, and when there was LTE, there were practically no bars.

Latinos Post looked into the matter and found possible solutions that seemed to work for some, but not every case. Users interested in the solution can go to Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks and change the network mode from "global" to "LTE/CDMA" on their Verizon Galaxy S3. Others stated that deleting the Caller Name ID app allowed for better connectivity.

Verizon is currently working on a fix.
