Portuguese star Nani looks like he is headed out of Manchester United this offseason and his prime destination looks to be Monaco.

A number of reports indicate that the French club is looking to continue its shopping spree for top talent and will purchase the talented midfielder for approximately 20 million pounds.

"Manchester United winger Nani is set to quit his club to join Monaco for a 20 million pound deal as he has reportedly been told that he is surplus at Old Trafford and could be transferred at a whopping 80 million pounds deal," writes Zeenews.com.

Nani's time with Manchester United has been dreadful at best. The 26-year old in 2007-08 and saw limited time with the club. He played 29 games in his first season but saw that number drop to 13 the following year. In 2009-10 he played in 23 games and managed four goals and six assists. 2010-11 was his best season under Sir Alex Ferguson as Nani played in 33 premier league matches and managed nine goals and 14 assists. He saw his time on the field diminish thereafter. In 2011-12, he played in 29 premier league matches and recorded eight goals and 10 assists. In 2012-13, Nani was limited to just 11 Premier league matches; he scored one goal and added two assists.

If Nani heads to Monaco, he will join a tremendous team of recently acquired all-stars, including Radamel Falcao, James Rodriquez and João Moutinho. AS Monaco won the title in the French second division and will now have a huge opportunity to compete for the French Ligue 1 title.
