Batgirl is now available as a playable DLC character in Injustice: Gods Among Us. She can be purchased on Xbox Live or the PlayStation Network for $4.99, and is included in the Season Pass for those who've signed up for it.

Batgirl is a fast character with a wide variety of tactical options. She has a number of high damage combos and some blisteringly quick attack strings. Her Smoke Bomb allows her to teleport, making her a very mobile character, and her Bola stuns opponents, leaving them vulnerable to huge attacks.

Batgirl also has one of the most entertaining super moves in the game, and is also one of the few that can be done in mid-air.

Fans on Facebook have already been weighing in on the new character, with many of them saying she's definitely worth the money.

Zach Small says, "I actually enjoy the rhythm to her play more than all of the other fighters .... I like characters that attack hard and quickly. I'm thoroughly satisfied!"

Chris Hill agreed saying, "Yea I love her combos n the smoke bomb Teleport very useful for tight situations"

Christopher Edwards considers her a very well-designed character saying, "Only played a few rounds as her. She is fantastic. Very very fast so she doesn't have the highest damage, but she can get out of any situation and her finisher takes skill to use. Overall I respect a character that makes it where you can't stand the entire stage away now and mash a gun or laser move."

Stu Freeman also liked the character, but wished she had alternate costumes. "I like her shes got a very cool style. Bit of a shame the DLC characters don't have an alternate costume though. Lets face it theres quite a few options for Batgirl over the years!"

Stephen Degan on the other hand didn't like the character, but only because he feels she is too powerful. "She's broken as hell, someone get her meter checked out and her infinite. Prolly going to be banned from all tourneys."
