The Xbox One was revealed today to be the next-gen version of the Xbox 360.

And the console will have many unique features that will allow users to bring together movies, live television and music in new and exciting ways. But what about the actual games for the system? Many different games were revealed at the event, and some, such as Call of Duty: Ghosts, were unveiled in detail.

EA had a large presence at the event, with EA Sports revealing more about their upcoming lineup. The event had footage from the upcoming FIFA, Madden, NBA Live, and UFC games that will be coming to the Xbox One. Andrew Wilson from EA showed of a video presentation of all four titles and explained the Ignite Engine---a feature that allows the newest sports titles from EA to have advanced A.I, as well as smoother player physics. The new Ignite Engine will make it possible for ten-times more animation depths for gameplay, leading to more realistic scenarios. More dynamic stadium environments will also be possible with the combination of the Xbox One and the Ignite physics engine. EA showed off both a video presentation of athletes such as Jon "Bones" Jones and Robert Griffin III discussing their respective sports and gameplay footage of those athletes for the future EA Sports titles.

Other titles announced at the event include Forza 5, which will be a launch title for the system. A demo for the game was displayed, showing off the amazing details put into the racing sim.

A new game from Remedy was also shown, entitled Quantum Break. This game is very mysterious and the trailer combined game footage with live action. Microsoft also revealed that the Xbox One will have 15 exclusive titles available for the system within the first year following the console's release, with eight of those games being original IP's.

But the star game of the show was Call of Duty: Ghosts, which closed out the event. Infinity Ward showed off a new trailer for the game and explained its new features. The new installment will feature an all new storyline separate from other Call of Duty games, a crumbling America facing attack from various foreign powers. The game will feature dynamic multiplayer maps that will flood or have earthquakes, as well as fully customizable characters. The game will have more detail than ever before, including dynamic smoke that players can interact with. Call of Duty: Ghosts could be the first big game for the system.
