'The Vampire Diaries' Season 4 Episode 21 'She's Come Undone' Spoilers: Damon Goes Savage [Video]

The school year is coming to a close, yet very little has changed in Mystic Falls. The quaint little town is the same as it's always been. It remains in a state of complete peril. On the brink of destruction. Graduation is a time of celebration, but if prom night was any indication, the monumental lifetime event will result in bloody catastrophe.

In this week's episode, titled "She's Come Undone," someone is in grave danger. What else is new? Damon (Ian Somerhaler) and Stefan (Paul Wesley) realize that their plan to revive Elena (Nina Dobrev) is hopeless. She sees past Damon's lies. She knows that he would never hurt her. Despite his numerous threats of torture, she knows that he loves her deep down.

Damon has also been plotting to kill Matt (Zach Roerig) since he survived the wicker Bridge accident. Elena interfered and saved him from his imminent death, but this time around he may not be so lucky. Damon believes that putting his life in danger once again could conjure up some feelings in the inhumane Elena.

Klaus (Joseph Morgan) and Caroline's (Candice Accola) relationship continues to grow, but not how you'd expect. Klaus indirectly confessed his love for Caroline during last week's episode when he called her and told her he wanted to take her to New Orleans, but this week he seems to be angry with her. We'll have to wait until Thursday to find out why.

Here's the official CW synopsis: "Damon and Stefan try a brutal new approach to provoke Elena into turning her humanity back on, and Caroline is frustrated when her attempt to intervene backfires. When Elena figures out a way to call the Salvatore brothers' bluff, they call for backup from a surprising source. Matt gives Rebekah (Claire Holt) some unsolicited advice on her life choices, and she tries to help him in return. Caroline has a confusing and dangerous encounter with Klaus, and Katherine (Nina Dobrev) is suspicious when Bonnie (Kat Graham) makes her an offer that she promises will benefit them both.

"The Vampire Diaries" Season 4, Episode 21 "She's Come Undone" will air Thursday, May 2, on The CW. Check out the official preview below.
