Fans of the recently released Injustice: Gods Among Us game will have a chance to buy unique action figures from the DC Comics-based brawler cast of characters soon, according to a report by Polygon. DC Entertainment is taking pre-orders for the figures now, which come in packs of two.

The available figures packs are Cyborg vs. Harley Quinn, Superman vs. Nightwing, Wonder Woman vs. Solomon, Aquaman vs. Black Adam, Deathstroke vs. Green Arrow and The Flash vs. Raven. The Wonder Woman/Solomon Grundy and The Flash/Raven packs are expected to be released earlier than the rest, with a ship date of May 31. The rest of the figures will arrive in July and September. Each set will cost $29.95, plus shipping and handling and tax.

The figures stand about 3.75 inches tall, and all look pretty detailed. Anybody looking to snag some unique looking action figures for their collection could definitely consider picking some up, especially if they enjoyed Injustice: Gods Among Us. No word if additional figures from the game will be released, including the four DLC characters that are expected to be released at some point for the game.

Injustice: Gods Among Us follows a story in an alternate DC Universe where The Joker manages to trick Superman into killing Lois Lane and his unborn child, thus driving him mad and imposing a new world order. From there, players play through the story mode with many different characters as Superman rules over the world, and Batman and allies try to stop him.

The game, developed by Mortal Kombat studio NetherRealm Studios, has managed to gain critical success during it's release, and figures to be a big hit with both comic book and fighting game fans alike. The game is available on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U and iOS.
