A leaked screenshot from T-Mobile says the carrier will begin offering the HTC One in its retail stores on Apr. 24.

Starting April 24, the HTC One will launch in select Retail & Branded locations as well as on T0Mobile.com and through Telesales," reads the memo.
This seems like definitive proof, meaning T-Mobile will get HTC's flagship phone only five days after Sprint and AT&T do. It also means HTC has less than a week to sell as many Ones as it can before the Samsung Galaxy S4 hits the market.
The One will cost $99 down at T-Mobile, with a $20 monthly payment and no contract. Unlike other carriers, the additional cost of the phone can actually be paid off over two years, after which the monthly payments cease, in effect lowering the cost of the mobile plan by $20.
In addition, if you pay off the phone early, it's yours, and T-Mobile will unlock it so you can head to another carrier if you want.
The one is also available on Sprint and AT&T for prices varying between $200 and $250 with a two-year contract. Sprint and T-Mobile have the 16GB and 32GB versions, but the 64GB model is an AT&T exclusive. The aluminum unibody of the One precludes an SD card slot, so whatever storage you can get off the bat is what you're stuck with for the life of the phone.
The HTC One features a 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor, 2GB of RAM, a 4.7-inch 1920x1080 pixel widescreen Super LCD 3 display, a 2300 mAh Li-Po battery, a 4-megapixel "Ultrapixel" camera with enhanced low-light sensitivity with 1080p HD video, up to 64GB of internal storage and runs Android 4.1.2.
