On Thursday, Joe Jonas cleared up rumors that he and his girlfriend made a raunchy sex tape.
Blind Gossip reported that the 23-year-old singer and 28-year-old model Blanda Eggenschwiler were filmed "drinking, doing drugs, and engaging in sex using a number of sex toys and BDSM devices, including dildos, a gag ball, and a slapper paddle." According to the website, the video will be released online next month.
The website went on to describe details of the video stating that it was recorded at a hotel in Buenos Aires and it was shot by a videographer who also took explicit photos of the couple. Blind Gossip claims that it has received "multiple tips" in the last year from inside sources close to Jonas who say that he's depressed about the state of his career which has caused his drug and alcohol use to have "spiraled out of control."
According to the site, the tape was Eggenschwiler's idea in order to boost her celebrity just "like Kim Kardashian." Sources told Blind Gossip that she's been working with a distributor to facilitate the release of the video and will receive a cut of the profits. An insider also told the site that the Swiss model has told friends she's only using the former Disney star as a stepping stone for her own career.
However, the boy band singer denied that the sex tape rumor is true. His reps told E! News, "There is no truth or validity to this story. It is completely false."
Jones also sent out a tweeted denying the rumors saying, "ball gag? really? me? come on guys."
