MTV's "Teen Mom" reality star Farrah Abraham was arrested on Monday for driving under the influence.

TMZ reports that the 20-year-old single mom was pulled over in Omaha, Nebraska, just after 1a.m. Monday morning. Abraham first appeared on MTV's "16 and Pregnant" and later on its spin-off "Teen Mom" which chronicled her life as a single mom, her disputes with her mom, bouts of depression and dating life.

According to the gossip website, the young mother made a wide turn which almost hit a police car.  She then failed a breathalyzer test, registering a 1.47 which is nearly twice the legal limit in Nebraska.  However, Abraham's four-year-old daughter Sophia was not in the car at the time of the arrest, the website reports.

In a semi-response to, Abraham tweeted, "It's Amazing what people believe & makeup (LOVE MY LIFE) #Thank#God#I'mSuccessful & I don't care about drama! #HaveAGreatDay."

The reality star is also an aspiring model and a best-selling author. She published her autobiography "My Teenage Dream Ended" in August 2012 and a  children's book titled "Passy Perfume."

Her child's father, Derek Underwood, died in a car crash shortly before she gave birth, while she was still in high school.

In January 2010, Abraham's mother, Debra Danielson, was charged with assault in an Iowa court for hitting her. As a result of the physical dispute, Farrah and her daughter move into an apartment, but later talked of moving into her mother's rental house across the street.
