Kim Kardashian loves Twitter, and not just because she reportedly earns around $10,000 per endorsement tweet. She likes tweeting pictures of Kanye, her family, and many, many pictures of herself.

But her tweets aren't all self-absorbed, and there was actually a really touching message this week about her cousin who needs a bone marrow transplant.

Scroll down Kim's top five tweets this week:

Like almost everyone who watched the Super Bowl, Kim took a moment to freak out over Beyonce's fiery halftime Super Bowl performance. Kim and Beyonce have not always gotten along, even though Kanye is "best friends" with Beyonce's hubby. According to the NY Daily News, "Kim and Beyonce barely spoke to each other" at a concert last fall featuring both Kanye and Jay-Z.

This picture raised quite a few eyebrows on Instagram, with some users asking if little Mason was really the focus here.

Kim is known for her love of custom-designed shoes, and she took a moment to show off a few of her custom-made Louboutins. Her tweet was also a reference to a lyric in Kanye's song "Otis" ("I get it custom, you a customer").

Kim and her family are trying to find a bone marrow donor for their cousin Cici, who has been battling cancer for 17 years. "What makes this more difficult is that the donor must be of Armenian descent because Cici is Armenian," Kim wrote on her website. "We are asking every Armenian who reads this message to reach out to the bone marrow registry and sign up so that we can find a match for Cici." Way to use Twitter for a good cause!

Kim tweeted this photo of her dress fitting for the Cannes Film Festival in May. The photo generated a lot of controversy on Instagram. "This dress is too much!" said one user. She needs to realize she is going to be a mom. She is PREGNANT and this is not the right dress." Another user replied, "Get a grip people!! There is nothing sexier than a pregnant woman! Good for you Kim!!"
