England's matchup against Brazil is one of the most anticipated matches of Wednesday's slate.

The Three Lions will be celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Association and will look to prove themselves against a youthful Brazilian side. England's most recent match was a 4-2 friendly loss against Sweden. That match will be immortalized for Swedish captain Zlatan Ibrahimovic's four goal explosion; his final goal was an acrobat overhead kick that was taken outside the area. Jermain Defoe, Daniel Sturridge, and Michael Carrick are all ruled out with injuries and will not play in the match against Brazil.

The Seleçao will play its first game under new coach Felipe Scolari. Real Madrid midfielder Kaka missed the cut but Ronaldinho, Neymar, Oscar, Dani Alves, Julio Cesar, and Adriano are among those included on the roster. Neymar has eight goals in his last six appearances for the national club and will be the most watched player in the match. In its last 18 games, Brazil has won 15 and lost just twice.

The two squads have faced off 23 times in history; England has only won three of those, Brazil won 11 and the two teams drew the remaining nine. Moreover, England has not defeated Brazil since 1990, a stretch of eight games.
