Paraguay Vs. Venezuela 7:25 PM

The Paraguayans exited the 2010 World Cup in the quarter finals against champion Spain. Their success in 2010 has yet to transfer over to the 2014 qualifiers. Not only do they have just one win in six games, but they are currently in last place on the table with nine matches. The window is starting to close for this squad which has to win a very winnable matchup against Venezuela.

The Venezuelans were doing well until they hit a roadblock Friday and succumbed to a weak Peruvian squad. They will get the home crowd, but need to step up their offensive play, which is tied for the worst thus far.

Prediction: Paraguay 3-1. This team is too talented to continue playing this poorly.
