It's the final night for the 2012 Republican National Convention (RNC), and it's scheduled to go out with a blast with Mitt Romney formally accepting the Republican nomination.

The RNC will also feature Florida Senator Marco Rubio, who was heavily rumored and suggested by many, to be Romney's running mate. Rubio will speak during the 10 p.m. hour, just like Romney, a spot the will definitely give him more attention with television viewers.

Rubio is likely to speak about his background as a Cuban American, the struggles his family has faced, and try to tie in the diverse Floridian population which contains seniors and Latinos. The demographic for Latinos usually not gone in favor for Republicans, which could be why Rubio was given speech time and a time slot next to Romney.

Former presidential candidate New Gingrich is scheduled to speak, with his wife Callista. It should be interesting to see what Gingrich will say, but it is almost inevitable that it will be in support of Romney despite being critical at times of him during the primary season and debates.

Absent from RNC festivities is George W. Bush. The two-term president has not been seen during this year's convention but focus has been given to his brother, and former Florida Governor, Jeb Bush.

Jeb was featured this morning on ABC's morning show "Good Morning America" where he said that Romney needs to "show his heart," and that Romney has difficulty in doing so.

"It's important to connect emotionally. That gives you the chance to allow people in...he has to do that for sure," said Jeb.

That may be something Romney will work for tonight's speech. The former Massachusetts governor has been referred to as "wooden," "cold," and lacking personality.

Republicans hope the RNC would change that view as they had his wife Ann Romney speak during Tuesday's festivities.

CBS News reported that Romney's speech will be the biggest speech of his life.

"If I were writing his speech, it would be a tough, hard speech about the economy, about jobs, about what he thinks he can do, why he thinks he can do it, and virtually about nothing else," said Stephen Hess to CBS News, a staffer for the Nixon and Eisenhower administrations. "You might as well cut to the chase."

The RNC, including Romney's speech can be seen below. Click here is video doesn't cooperate.
