The Microsoft Store is also allowing consumers to purchase the Lumia 1520 without a contract for $549.

The Lumia 1520 can be pre-ordered with one of four-color variants including black, red, white, and yellow.

According to the online Microsoft Store, the latest Windows Phone 8 smartphone for AT&T will be released on Nov. 15.

The Lumia 1520, however, is not available for pre-orders on AT&T's official website as of the morning of Nov. 6. AT&T has the Lumia 1520 listed as "Coming Soon," and potential customers can submit their email address to increase more information on the device.

The confirmation of the Lumia 1520's U.S. price comes as Latinos Post reported on the cost of the Windows Phone 8 smartphone in China.

China's ePrice.com is also accepting pre-orders for the new Lumia 1520 smartphone for 4,999 Yuan, which is approximately $822 when converted to the U.S. dollar. According to e-Price, the Lumia 1520 will launch on Dec. 11.

According to Nokia, the Lumia 1520 is expected to start shipments during the fourth quarter this year with a suggested retail price of $749. The new Lumia smartphone has been confirmed to have subsidies in Hong Kong, Singapore, France, Germany, Finland, United Kingdom, and U.S.

The Lumia 1520 features a screen size of 6 inches with 1,920x1,080 resolution. The camera specifications for the device include a 20-megapixel rear-facing camera and a front-facing camera with 1.2 megapixels. The Lumia 1520 will only be available in a 32GB internal storage model, even though the Microsoft Store has a 16GB variant. The device has 2GB of RAM and offers a microSD card slot for an additional 64GB of storage. The battery capacity for the Lumia 1520 stands at 3,400mAh, which offers up to 25.1 hours for talk time in a 3G network, and approximately 780 hours on standby.

The Lumia 1520 made its debut during Nokia World in Abu Dhabi on Oct. 22 along with the Lumia 1320, which also sports a 6-inch screen, Windows Phone 8 operating system, 3,400mAh, and microSD card slot for up to 64GB of memory.
