Grand Theft Auto 5 is getting closer and closer to its release date of September 17, and PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 owners are eager to explore Los Santos and partake in the variety of gameplay features the game will have. The game is one of the most highly anticipated games coming out this fall, both by gamers and the video game industry as a whole. In honor of this, we bring you the top 5 things we cannot wait to do in Grand Theft Auto 5.

5. Switch characters and enter a chase- One of the highlights of the recently released gameplay video was switching characters, only to end up in the middle of a police chase. Being able to switch out to avoid trouble is one thing, but to randomly switch to a character and get dropped into some intense action would be a highlight for players and would definitely be an adrenaline boost.

4. Mess with Cultists- One of the bizarre aspects of Grand Theft Auto 5 is the Epsilon Program, a mock cult based loosely on Scientology. While it is unknown exactly what role the cult will play in the game, it will be fun to use some of the series trademark humor will seeing how the cultish will react to gun toting outlaws.

3.Explore the various terrains- Los Santos is suppose to be based on Los Angeles, and this shows in the wide variety of urban and country environments the game will have. Players can explore the urban decay of the inner city, cruise about giant mansions, and then hop into a plane and check out the mountain forests outside the city. Having all these options will be a boon to players of the game and show Rockstar's grand scope in creating this open world.

2. Finding secrets/easter eggs- Rockstar always adds huge amounts of details into their games, and Grand Theft Auto 5 will be no exception. Between the huge amounts of area Los Santos will cover and the various environments in the game there will be plenty of secrets for players to discover.

1. Cause Chaos- With three characters to play around with and the variety of vehicles and weapons that will be in the game, players will be able to rake up huge amounts of property damage and body counts as they get chased by the cops and get into firefights, only to switch characters and start the process all over again. While the story and multiplayer has promise, being able to get into adventures and just explore the game with reckless intent will be the highlight of the game.
