For fans of the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini who are not fans of the white or black versions, you're in luck. Samsung is planning on releasing three new colors for the miniature version of the flagship phone.

According to Sammobile, which covers Samsung mobile technology extensively, the Galaxy S4 Mini is going to come in Red, Brown, and Blue (though they'll likely have fancier names, as the white and black models are known as "White Frost" and "Black Mist," respectively).

The three color options will be available to all of the phone variants, including the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini Duos (the dual SIM version) and the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini LTE. No word, however, on whether all five color options will be available on every wireless carrier that sells the mini device. The Samsung Galaxy S4, the mini's older and bigger brother, comes in five colors as well, including blue, red, purple, pink, and brown.

Along with the various color options, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini has some appealing specs - especially for people who want the Galaxy S4 experience without the price tag. The device comes with a 4.3-inch qHD Super AMOLED display - which is .7-inches smaller than the Galaxy S4, and functions perfectly with one hand. The device is powered by a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, clocked at 1.7GHz and assisted by 1.5GB of RAM and an Adreno 305 GPU.

The Mini comes with a 8-megapixel main camera in the rear, along with a 1.9-megapixel shooter in the front. It runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean currently, but may be getting an upgrade to Android 4.3.

The new color options should be coming starting "week 35." Stay with us for more updates on the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini and other top devices, like the HTC One Mini, and the Xperia Z Ultra.
