Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are out and comfortable displaying some public affection towards each other. The two "The Voice" judges were just photographed sharing a kiss.
Shelton definitely can't keep his hands off new girlfriend. The couple was caught sharing a kiss while out on a date in Sherman Oaks, California. Yahoo reported that the two were photographed locked in each other's arms just outside Casa Vega restaurant.
The couple definitely looked like they were having a fun time. A source even said that Shelton was cracking jokes and making the crowd laugh. Even Shelton's good friend, Luke Bryan, made a joke and revealed that he's not allowed to meet Stefani.
Bryan said during an interview that he has not yet met his friend's new girlfriend. The singer even candidly said that Shelton doesn't want him to meet his new beau.
"You know what I don't know, he won't tell me," Bryan said. "He doesn't want me to hug her or anything. He doesn't want me to meet her."
Meanwhile, a report from Extra revealed Shelton's sentiments about Stefani's departure from "The Voice" to make way for another female coach. Unfortunately for the lovers, they won't be able to spend time with each other like this season because the "No Doubt" singer will be taking the next year off. Shelton will definitely miss his girlfriend and even suggested that there should be a fifth coach so Stefani could keep her chair.
"I don't [want] Gwen to not be on the show - why can't we have a fifth coach?" the country singer said.
In response, Stefani said that she feels "devastated" that she only has three more outfit changes for the season and that not going to be around Adam Levine, Pharell and Shelton is already "hurting" her.
However, it looks like Stefani is already booked after Season 9 of "The Voice" ends. It was announced that Stefani will be performing her single "Used To Love You" on "NBC's New Year's Eve With Carson Daly."
"I couldn't be more thrilled to ring in the New Year with NBC, our incredible viewers, and the extraordinarily talented Gwen Stefani. It's always such a special time of year, and what's better than being able to celebrate with great friends? Looking forward to a fun night!" Carson announced.
For next year, Stefani also has some plans for her album and some shows.
