The NFL regular season may be winding up soon though the roster updates for Madden NFL 16 is expected to continue from EA Sports.

The latest word on that sees some changes to some of the rookies for this season, particularly Thomas Rawls and Jameis Winston.

With Rawls slowly carving a name for himself as the NFL’s dangerous ball carriers, the Seattle Seahawks rookie saw a big bump in his OVR ratings, getting a +4 recently as announced by EA Sports.

But it wasn’t only Rawls on the move. Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston also got some bump in the ratings with a +2.

After a rough start, Winston has put it together and has been putting up quite a show. And at the rate that he is wowing on the field, Winston could very well be in the lead to be named the Rookie of the Year if he keeps up his splendid quarterbacking display.

In fact, he just made the history books recently after setting a new Buccaneer record for total passing yards this season as reported via Buccaneers.com. Winston threw for 245 yards in Tampa Bay’s loss, bringing him to 2,650 for the season.

At the rate he is going and impressing, it would not be surprising if Winston woudl end up getting another point bump in the OVR ratings soon.

Aside from the two, there were other players on the move as well, both from the streaking Carolina Panthers who remain undefeated.

Quarterback Cam Newton and lineback Luke Kuechly saw their ratings pushed up to 94 and 98 respectively, moving up a notch thus far.

Here is a list of the other NFL players who rose from Design & Trend:
• Melvin Ingram +2 (82)
• Adam Vinatieri +1 (89)
• Carson Palmer +1 (96)
• DeAndre Hopkins +1 (95)
• Dez Bryant +1 (95)
• Eric Berry +1 (91)

And of course there were also the ones who fell in the ratings as well. Though there were no dramatic large deductions, there were notable names in the mix of droppers.

That includes Tony Romo whose season ended prematurely after suffering a fractured collarbone against the Carolina Panthers as reported via ESPN. Other than aging Romo, there were other top ranking players as well who slipped a notch like Michael Bennett and Darrelle Revis who dropped by a point.

• Tyrod Taylor -1 (83)
• Jay Cutler -1 (85)
• Aqib Talib -1 (92)
• NaVorro Bowman -1 (91)
• Randall Cobb -1 (89)
• Andy Dalton -1 (88)
