The wait is almost over, as it is now less than a month before "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" opens in theaters, and as usual the closer the film is to debuting, more and more rumors continue to surface.

According to Screen Rant, a children's book that is tied in with the latest film surfaced on Imgur, leaking several major plot points of the movie. While some of the plot points have already been revealed in TV spots and trailers, some are still debatable.

One of the first major plot points revealed is that droid BB-8 is carrying important information vital to the Resistance. While this is obviously a homage to what R2-D2 had to do in "Star Wars: New Hope," it does make fans wonder what information this is.

Next major piece of information is that Maz Kanata (Lupita Nyong'o) is rumored to be the mentor and teacher of Han Solo (Harrison Ford). Han will allegedly be taking Finn (John Boyega) and Rey (Daisy Ridely) to see Maz on her home planet of Takodana.

Also, a spy on Takodan will allegedly be giving the First Order lead by Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Christie) the location of the three Resistance fighters. Han and his group will be taken into custody by the First Order soon after.

Princess Leia (Carrie Fisher) will then lead an offense against the Imperials to rescue them. The rescue group will be travelling by X-Wings so there is an expected flying battle to ensue.

But the leaked book, isn't the only source of rumors, Collider reports that while Luke Skywalker has not been featured in any of the promotional media for the "Force Awakens" actor Mark Hamill has assured fans that the last known Jedi Master will be in the film. It has even been confirmed that Finn will be using the Lightsaber that Luke had lost during his first fight with Darth Vader.

"Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens" is set to hit theaters on Dec. 18, 2016.
