The Andy Warhol of bagels is creating a wondrous spectrum of colors that you can eat.

The Bagel Store located in Brooklyn, New York is the place to find the multicolored confection. The bagel can also be paired with various cream cheeses to truly maximize the experience. Cream cheeses come in cotton candy flavor, funfetti with sprinkles, Nutella, and more.

As TODAY reports, upon entering the bagel shop, one's eyes can't help to gravitate towards the barrage of technicolored goodness. Bagels come in rainbow, yellow and pink, electric blue, pink and blue, and so many more.

So how does it taste? Food blogger Gabrielle Cerami recalls the edible experience as being a the perfect tasty treat - not to sweet and great for breakfast.

"I ordered the rainbow bagel with funfetti cream cheese, yes, with sprinkles, and it was the perfect combo. It had bold colors and bold flavors! The best part is that it wasn't overly sweet... Just the right amount for breakfast!"

TODAY's reporter Alessandra Bulow said the "first bite reminded [her] of one of [her] favorite childhood fruit-flavored breakfast cereals, Fruit Loops."

And as for the "gorgeous bi-colored Cotton Candy Bagel...[it] actually tasted like the amusement park treat. The flavor was spot on," continues Bulow.

The yellow, white, and orange bagel, inspired by the 70s is called the Psychedelic Rainbow Bagels and has a berry-like flavor. As owner Scot Rossillo tells Bulow, the psychedelic bagels are his favorite "because they have even more vivid swirls and veins of color."

"These are the most groovy ones," he said.

The wondrous multicolored bagels do not come easy though. It takes five hours to make a batch of 100. In that time, The Bagel Store can usually whip-up a batch of 1000 traditional-style bagels. However, quality over quantity seems to be the mantra of the Bagel Artist, Rossillo. He usually is "up until all hours of the night" as he is "constantly coming up with new seasonal versions like these vanilla-flavored Candy Corn Bagels for Halloween."

Oh boy!

As the website boasts, "We Hand-Roll Every Rainbow Bagel And Cragel Using Artistic Techniques that Scot Rossillo has developed over the last 25 years to create the most beautiful and tantalizing works of bagel art for the eyes and palette. Our Bagels Along With GREAT Customer Support - Is A Combination That Can't Be Beat."
