Megatronz, this may be hard to swallow, but Meghan Trainor has canceled the remaining dates on her tour due to vocal surgery.

The "All About That Bass" hitmaker took to her Instagram account on Tuesday to announce that she would no longer be able to continue her trek, as she needs to finally undergo surgery to treat a vocal hemorrhage from last month.

"To all my fans -- I was being careful and taking precautions, but I have hemorrhaged my vocal cord again," she wrote. "I got bronchitis & have been coughing a lot & that pushed it over the edge. Sadly, I will need to cancel the remainder of my tour and get surgery to finally fix this once and for all."

Trainor then apologized to her fans and further admitted to being scared of what is to come.

"I am devastated, scared, and so sorry. I LOVE touring and seeing your beautiful faces every night. I am determined to do what it takes to get better and come back around stronger than ever," she continued. "I love you, and thank you for all of your understanding, love and support."

The "Lips Are Movin" singer also thanked her openers, Life of Dillon and Charlie Puth, for their support during her concerts.

"I'm sorry to my amazing openers that we had to cut it short. @charlieputh @lifeofdillon you guys put on great shows every night with big smiles and I will be forever grateful that you were a part of this experience, even though it was cut too soon," she added. "Thank you and your teams for everything."

Puth took Twitter to send a supportive message to Trainor. "Everyone please send positive vibes and messages to @Meghan_Trainor," he wrote. "This break is a blessing in disguise and you will become stronger."

Life of Dillon also sent positive vibes to the sick songstress, tweeting, "So gutted this amazing tour has come to an end! Mad love to @Meghan_Trainor YOU ROCK!"

In July, Trainor was forced to cancel two East Coast tour dates, following a previous vocal hemorrhage. She also announced the news via Instagram, advising she needed "complete vocal rest." At the time, she promised her fans she would make it up to them once she gets better.

There is no word on when Trainor is expected to undergo surgery.
