In celebration of National Twins Day, Zoe Saldana posted a cute family photo of her sons Bowie and Cy.

Saldana and Marco Perego are definitely proud parents of their identical twin sons. To commemorate National Twins Day, the actress shared a sweet photo of her adorable kids using her Instagram account. While wearing matching white and red onesies, the twins were captured gazing up to their mom and dad.

Fox News Latino reported that together with the photo, Saldana wrote a heartfelt message to all her supporters. The "Guardians of the Galaxy" actress said that she read all the "beautiful messages" that fans wrote to her and that she feels blessed being able to share moments like this with her kids to all her followers.

Saldana and her husband are married since June 2013. They have happily shared family photos and their adventures as parents and as a married couple but have not shown their babies' faces. In an interview with Entertainment Online, Saldana said that she doesn't want to expose her twins by showing their faces.

"I just don't want 16 years from now to get 'You are so disrespectful. You invaded, you exposed me and I wasn't ready. Even though they're babies and they're under our care, it's still their faces. Right now, they're not in the position to speak for themselves or make a decision. I don't want to make it for them," Saldana explained.

Since giving birth to her twins, Saldana has been working out non-stop to bring back her figure. The mother of two peaked at 185 pounds during her pregnancy but quickly lost all the extra pounds by spending a lot of time in the gym.

The 36-year-old actress also opened up about her relationship with husband Perego. The actress admitted that it was a different experience with her husband and that she somehow managed to lower her guards. Saldana revealed that she was comfortable with men as long as they were friends but with Perego, she finally feels comfortable with "her lover."

"Finally when we had our boys I looked at my husband and I realized: I was meant for you and you were meant for me," Saldana said. "Now I finally feel comfortable with my lover. I don't want to be separate. I want my church. I want to live inside the religion of our own little family."

National Twins Day started in 1976 by the Twins Day Festival held in Ohio. For this year, there were around 2,000 sets of twins who participated in the event.
