Will we be able to watch a new trailer for the upcoming "Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awakens" movie this April? This question came out after it has been announced that movie director J.J. Abrams and Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy will appear at the "Star Wars" Celebration Anaheim this April 16.

Here's the official statement posted on the movie's official website:

"For J.J. Abrams, the Star Wars Celebration circle is now complete.

StarWars.com is thrilled to announce that the director of Star Wars: The Force Awakens - who once attended Star Wars Celebration as a fan - is confirmed to appear at Star Wars Celebration Anaheim this April. Abrams and Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy will kick off the show in a big way on Thursday morning, April 16, at 10:00 a.m. This will be a day long remembered.

Kennedy attended Celebration Europe in July 2013, where she had an in-depth chat with host Warwick Davis, and revealed that John Williams would return to score Star Wars: The Force Awakens. She also toured the show floor, checking out the work of the R2 Builders Club - which led to members of the fan group joining the production of Star Wars: The Force Awakens."

Aside from Abrams and Kennedy, Carrie Fisher who returns in the movie franchise as Princess Leia will also be in the said event.

Screen Rant says that "Star Wars" fans would no longer have to wait for the upcoming "Avengers: Age of Ultron" movie for them to get another teaser as it is believed that a new trailer would be shown during the April celebration.

The news outlet says it is assumed that a new video clip would be unveiled in the event as it would be a "wasted opportunity" since the occasion can be considered as the "Comic-Con for Star Wars." It is also expected that the new clip to be shown would at least give more hints and clues about the story, especially that little has been known about it and that plenty of rumors continue to come out.

However, it has been announced earlier who comprise the movie's cast list. Aside from Fisher, the list includes Mark Hamill as Luke Skywalker, Harrison Ford as Han Solo, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, Kenny Baker, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong'o, Crystal Clarke, and Pip Andersen.

"Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awakens" will be out in theaters this December 18.
